This is a basic Math worksheet for single digit addition. The appends are given in vertical problem format as this makes easy visual for kids.

The method of doing single digit addition is to ask the child to keep one number in their head and the other number on fingers. And to count forward from the number in their mind.

For example, we take the problem 4 + 7, here we keep the number 4 in our mind and open 7 fingers on our hands and now counting on our fingers onwards from 4, we have number 11. Hence, 11 is the answer.

These worksheets are great for homeschooling and or general practice at home or school.
